West Coast Care employs a unique hands-on, street-savvy approach to providing services to the homeless and are frequently the first to encounter newly arriving homeless individuals in the city’s streets, parks and beaches. Their patient and deliberate interactions are designed to connect every individual with a way off the streets, into housing and away from chronic homelessness. Everyday they are making a positive difference in the lives of the homeless.

West Coast Care is based in Santa Monica, CA, and began in 2006. By beach vehicle, our staff provides an extended range of services and resources directly to the homeless where they are on the streets and beaches. Through daily intervention, we have helped thousands of people experiencing homelessness into homes and onto a path to success.

But we can’t do it alone. Our partnerships with local agencies, both public and private, are imperative to our work. We work with homeless services throughout Santa Monica and Los Angeles to address this worst kind of poverty, keep citizens safe, and improve the quality of life for the whole community.

Our work is supported by generous donors like you.
